I offer tailor made Corporate sessions live on zoom specifically designed to alleviate stress, anxiety and the negative effects of working under challenging conditions. These enable people to embrace change, rise to challenges and find creative solutions to problems that might have otherwise appeared overwhelming.
These sessions are focused around practices of mindfulness, simple meditation, yoga breathing and relaxation and serve to both alleviate fatigue and tension while teaching people valuable skills and techniques that they can use to manage their own emotional and mental health under stress. This creates happier and healthier employees and offers a simple, cost-effective, practical and productive means of addressing the increasing prevalence of work related stress and its associated time off for mental and emotional health concerns.
I combine simple mind body techniques that allow you to understand how to take back the power of your own mind, to step back from stressful thoughts and sharpen your ability to focus on what is important while letting go what is not.
Sessions are both informative and practical, can be delivered over a lunch time or other convenient time via zoom, with recording available for those who are unable to make the live session or wish to repeat the session at a later date or work shifts. These give those working from home or onsite a chance to connect in relaxed and health promoting forum. I can address specific questions either verbalised or posted in the chat during the session.
