Do you have any health or medical screening for your classes?
All of my yoga participants are asked to fill out a comprehensive health and medical screening questionnaire so that I have their contact details and an emergency contact person and can tailor classes to meet everyone's needs while making any necessary modifications that individuals might need to ensure their safety throughout the class. I always advise people to seek confirmation from their medical professional if they are not sure whether yoga is suitable for them. If you have any particular queries or concerns please before you sign up for classes.
For recorded classes I ask that you watch my online safety video and send me a completed health questionnaire prior to my releasing recordings.
